Tropical Bonsai School 2020
The Bonsai Supply presents Tropical Bonsai School 2020 with Pedro Morales, a visiting artist from Puerto Rico. Pedro has brought his school to many countries for the past several years. The school happens once a year, for 3 consecutive years. Students can develop a show material tree within this period.
This group will meet for 2 weekends in 2020. One online weekend on April 25 & 26, and another one in person (100% hands-on) once it's safe to do so (TBD).
The program is designed for participants with an intermediate to advance level in Bonsai. The theory will be discussed in the morning, and work on trees in the afternoon.
It is suggested for you to bring 2 tropical trees for each day to work on. However, you can also just bring 1, or learn from other participants' trees. The Bonsai Supply will offer 20% off on bonsai material on our eBay store for participants (please email us at email@example.com for code).
This list will give you an idea of the lectures Pedro will be presenting and the species that he will discuss in this first year.
